PROTECTIVE BACKING

® sheets are presented with a self-adhesive polythene protection on both sides, in white or transparent colours.The backing can be kept intact on the sheets while the sheet is undergoing transformation by heat, as it is leaves no residues.We recommend storage of the sheets inside the warehouse, so that the UV rays do not harm the backing.

The best way to clean the

® sheets are easy to mould in all thicknessess, and can also be easily curved, sawn, milled, perforated, formed and brushed.® sheets can be worked on with all conventional woodworking machines and metal tools specially sharpened for this use. HEAT FORMING
® sheets can be easily formed, with or without protective backing. Once it is correctly heated, it gradually becomes soft and can be easily moulded. Once it is cold, it maintains the new form. POLISHING
® sheets can be polished by hand, or with a revolving polishing machine, with special polishing liquids and pastes, giving a highly polished finish. GLUING
® sheets can be easily glued together using our glues from the PEGACRIL range making an almost invisible joint. ® sheets are highly appreciated for the excellent optical qualities, specially for the transparentness which compares to the best glass available, and so our sheets are used in a range of applications.MECHANICAL PROPERTIES
