_______ ACOUSTIC INSULATION _______

®Cast polymethylmethacrylate sheets for use in acoustic insulation, for example those used in motorways.

This material permits the reduction in sound level transmitted through the acrylic sheet. The maximum standard sizes are: 3000 x 2000 mm, the most usual thicknesses are 15 and 20 mm. The most used colours are: clear, transparent, smoked transparent and transparent colours.

The applicable certification is the German regulation ZTV-Lsw 88, which requires certain mechanical resistance properties, high protection to UV light, high luminous transmission, resistance to atmospheric inclemency, etc. The analysis carried out on these ® sheets give us results which confer optimum properties to this material for use as acoustic insulation panels.
